Frequently asked questions

I’m worried about admitting that I’m struggling to cope – will our sessions be confidential?

Absolutely. Our sessions are completely confidential. Many charity leaders feel the pressure to always have it together, but I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about how you're feeling.

Whether it’s emotional fatigue, self-doubt, or struggles with executive functioning, our conversations are private and aimed at helping you regain control.

I'm not Neurodivergent or a charity leader - can I still work with you?

We offer a [brief explanation of how your product or service helps your customers]. Our process is [simple/efficient/convenient] and [positive adjective] for you.

I suspect I’m ADHD or Autistic, but I haven’t pursued a formal diagnosis – is that OK?

Yes, absolutely. Many of the leaders I work with are in the early stages of figuring themselves out and haven’t had a formal diagnosis. My focus is on supporting you where you are, helping you understand your brain better, and creating sustainable strategies to work with your natural strengths, whether or not you choose to pursue a diagnosis.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary depending on your individual situation and goals, but many clients start to feel more in control and less overwhelmed within the first few sessions. Together, we’ll work on immediate relief from stressors and develop long-term strategies to prevent burnout and improve your work-life balance.

If you’re also working on making your organisation more neuroinclusive, I’ll help you see progress in that area too, as we work through practical solutions.

What does it cost to work with you?

I believe in transparent pricing. 1:1 coaching starts at £900 (3 months). My group programme costs £1200 (6 months). My training and consultancy pricing depends on the nature and length - training begins at £200 and consultancy packages usually range between £2000-5000.
